The company is located at Haining Warp-knitting Science & Technology Industrial Zone, covering an area of 70,576 square meters. At present, the enterprise has 200 staff members and total capital of 130 million. 　　1、to define property right：the stock company composes of 9 natural persons, Wanxiang Capital Venture Stock Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Zhongda Group Stock Co., Ltd., with initial capital of 80 million. Property right bodies are diverse and the asset evaluation is reasonable. Contributors of the stock company enjoy usufruct, right to make decision, right to choose according to their stock-holding proportion.
　　2、to establish corporation control structure：in May, 2001，it drafted out scientific and feasible "Zhejiang Hailide New Material Co., Ltd. Rules", which clearly regulates the rights and resposibilities.

　　3、development strategy of the enterprise and important decision：We strengthen the research on the enterprise development strategy and has worked feasible development strategy, made clear strategic object and steps and plan for the next few years. For every key decision, there must be a research report, strict deciding procedure. All decisions, discussed by the derector board, are to be confirmed by attendants.
　　4、to strengthen management：our company will step onto a new way.
