The company introduced a large PVC calendering production line
in 2000 of international advanced level at present, capable of producing PVC plastic
calendered products of one-time shaping of width of 1000-370mm and thickness of
0.10-0.50mm. Through constant exploration and research, we will continue to develop
new products. Of new products we successfully developed of national or provincial
level, some have make up the vacuum of the country and quality reached international
advanced level.

PVC film products are：
1）PVC Light Box Film： This is our competitive products of leading
level in this line of the country. After wide applications, it got consistent
sound feedback of consumers. This product has advantages such as good inking ability,
bright color, distinct level of pictures, good spray paint, color fastness, light
transmittance（or covering ability）, weatherability, water resistance and good
anti-ultra violet radiation ability. It's mainly applicable to be spray painted
by computer to make base materials of light box fabric, instant poster, road signature,
large show bill etc advertising boards. Besides, its extended series of
products are：rot resistant PVC film and antiflaming PVC film which are being exported
to Japan ceaselessly. They have broad application prospect.
PVC Light Box Film
2）PVC agricultural film：one
of key products of the company. Since put into production in 2001 till now, it
has been popular among vast customers. This product has excellent characteristics
such as light transmittance, weatherability, rot resistance, flame resistivity,
inking ability and so on. It can be used as big shed film and has no noxious side
effects to crops.
3）PVC package film：with excellent transparency, can be used as package
material for industrial and civil uses such as furniture, toys, garments and vessel
products etc.
